Days were scheduled with suggestions but not overbooked. The hotels were amazing, but not overpriced. She even thought to book rides to and from airports. It was a flawless trip. I requested a last minute hotel reservation near the Charlotte Airport due to missing a flight out of Arizona. Mindy said “don’t worry about a thing, I’ll take care of it “. And she did. When I landed I had a reasonable rate room at a hotel with a shuttle and good service. She called later to check to see if everything was alright. I was grateful for her efficiency.

Mindy did a wonderful job coordinating our recent getaway. Mindy asked us questions as to what we were looking for, length of stay, as well as what financially we would like to spend. She printed us a complete itinerary including booking our hotel before our flight where we could be shuttled directly to the airport. She booked all our flights being very thorough and considerate with our flight schedules including not a lot of layover time. Directions were listed on the itinerary for when we arrived at the international airport, which desk and representative to look for upon arriving, as well as a private group pickup directly to our hotel. Mindy was and is very quick to respond if we had any questions. We will definitely use her again on our next getaway.

Oktoberfest, culture, excitement, relaxation, food, beer, music and festivals. Mindy understood the assignment and delivered! Let me start by saying this trip was not an easy one to plan or pull off. Our group included three couples and two more friends all with different tastes and ideas for the vacation. But credit to Mindy, she was able to provide an experience that made everyone happy. We started our trip in the Munich airport where Mindy arranged private transport to our hotel in Aying, Germany. The private transport was a nice touch and that touch continued throughout our trip. Not needing to worry about managing transportation for 8 people was a load off of our shoulders. Aying is a quaint town with enough to offer. It was an amazing base of operations for our Munich adventures and Oktoberfest experience. Mindy arranged a personal tour of the Ayinger Brewery right when we arrived and we really enjoyed the experience and the beers after! And our hotel was just what we were expecting, a mountain chalet design with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. The staff was exceptional and the breakfast experience was something I’ll ever forget. And the hotel was located just a few steps away from a lovely beer garden and another restaurant. Aying was a short and easy train ride from Munich. Mindy arranged for seats to watch the opening parade for Oktoberfest and then a walking tour of the city. The next day we enjoyed a castle tour and beers at the Augustiner Keller. Our next day was our first day at Oktoberfest and an experience I’ll never forget! The highlight was a dinner and beers at the Wildstuben arranged by Mindy. The next day we again had private transport to Salzburg. All that was required was to kick back and nurse a slight hangover while we were taken by private van to a salt mine tour and then onto Salzburg. Mindy booked us at the Hotel Bristol and it exceeded all of our expectations. Our time in Salzburg was punctuated with festivals, Sound of Music Tours, and capped off by a dinner at the castle and a private concert. Unfortunately, that was the end of our Oktoberfest adventure. But we had one more surprise in store. Again with private transport back to Munich, we stopped in a little town that we would normally have passed right by. Instead, we took the time to stop and enjoy a farmers market and small festival. Fresh meat and cheese and local beers were just what we needed to make ride fly by. I would definitely recommend Mindy for your adventures. She’s knowledgeable, experienced, and thoughtful. And she listened to our needs and was able to craft an adventure that catered to everyone’s tastes. She was never more than a text message or email away and was prompt with her responses. If you’re looking for a unique experience, and you have special requests or special needs, then Mindy is the specialist for you. My wife and I will be booking more trips through Mindy in the near future! Prost 🍻!

If I could give Mindy 12 stars I would. Her planning of our New England vacation couldn’t have been better. She found boutique hotels and inns we would have never found on our own.
