Mindy was what we needed! She made planning so easy. Had every detail we needed, even if we thought we didn’t, in an app. We utilized this throughout our trip. Days were scheduled with suggestions but not overbooked. The hotels were amazing, but not overpriced. She even thought to book rides to and from airports. It was a flawless trip. I absolutely will utilize her for trips going forward and I am recommending her to all my friends.
I requested a last minute hotel reservation near the Charlotte Airport due to missing a flight out of Arizona. Mindy said “don’t worry about a thing, I’ll take care of it “. And she did. When I landed I had a reasonable rate room at a hotel with a shuttle and good service. She called later to check to see if everything was alright. I was grateful for her efficiency.

Really appreciate the extra effort she makes to bring forward restaurant recommendations, since we were traveling with a dog. Mindy did a wonderful job coordinating our recent getaway. Mindy asked us questions as to what we were looking for, length of stay, as well as what financially we would like to spend. She printed us a complete itinerary including booking our hotel before our flight where we could be shuttled directly to the airport. She booked all our flights being very thorough and considerate with our flight schedules including not a lot of layover time. Directions were listed on the itinerary for when we arrived at the international airport, which desk and representative to look for upon arriving, as well as a private group pickup directly to our hotel. Mindy was and is very quick to respond if we had any questions. We will definitely use her again on our next getaway.
